WINsoft LLC is a company founded in 1996 in Podgorica, Montenegro, which has been involved in consulting, engineering, and software development from the very beginning.
WINsoft uses open-source technologies to develop customizable products such as web Geographic Information System (GIS) solutions, Document Management Systems (DMS), and many other services.
WINsoft develops multi-platform professional software packages based on open-source technologies that can be adapted to any national or corporate standards and are ready for use in various environments.
Also, WINsoft specializes in spatial planning, urbanism, design in civil engineering, as well as engineering and implementation of professional computer graphics systems.
For these reasons, WINsoft has continued to develop a quality system and has opted for business organization in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, and MEST EN ISO/IEC 17020:2013 standards for certification in spatial planning, urbanism, civil engineering design, and information technology.
